IMPACT by Edan Gorlicki / Inter-Actions
Spending time in the state of shock
As the first part of a Trilogy Series, choreographer Edan Gorlicki and his team shed light on how our society deals with traumatic events. The first piece IMPACT dives into the epicentre of an unexpected/unwanted catastrophe exploring how disasters have a social and personal impact on the body and psyche. Without recounting a specific event, IMPACT explores what is shock, how it changes the experience of time, and how people experience it together.
