I might have come from the high country, or maybe the low country, I don’t recall which. I might have come from the city, but what city in what country is beyond me. They say things are happening at the border, but which border is anyone’s guess.
(Marc Strand - Anywhere could be somewhere)
Using a laboratory test setup and eight self-formulated theses the actress Katharina Alf, the dancer Charlotte Petersen and the cinematographer Sebastian Wolf find a playful manner to deal with the topic of borders - between countries, between people and within themselves. While the first half of the performance exclusively takes place on a 9m2 stage area, the space opens up after the crossing of the established border and the two performers approach each other through movement. Object theater, dance, text and film continuously merge until all these layers create an overall experience for the audience.
