'Niemandsland' deals with the myth of human sovereignty over nature. Four dancers and two musicians observe how humanity finds itself poised trembling on the edge of a change so massive that there is no way of gauging it. Together they dare to look into the abyss and begin to search for beauty.

'Niemandsland' is based upon the text ' Uncivilisation - a dark Mountain manifesto' by Paul Kingsnorth and Dougald Hine. It combines a dance theater production with a live concert and is accompagnied by a philosophical preliminary talk and a movement workshop.
